Our UAV is up and we are anxiously awaiting the release of Modern Warfare 3. The game is set to release a little less then 8 days from now and after watching all the trailers available on their website as well as YouTube, I cannot wait to see what MW3 will have in store for us. After previously being excited about Black Ops (huge let down in my mind), I still have my faith in the Call of Duty title.
From what I have seen I see a lot of the great qualities from MW2 returning for this title, including the ACR (my personal favorite gun). It is rumored that Infinity Ward and Sledgehammer Games has completely revamped the killstreak system on multiplayer, as well as the addition of new weapons and attachments. I’m sorry for you non-quickscopers; quickscoping will return in this game. But things such as the “dolphin-dive” have been removed. There are quite a few new multiplayer game modes coming to Modern Warfare 3, “Kill Confirmed” will be a mulitplayer mode requiring you to collect the dog tags of dead enemy players before the kill will count for your team, however if the enemy team collects the dog tag first the kill will not count. “Team Juggernaut” will be another multiplayer mode where your squad plays with an AI juggernaut. “Gun Game” as well as “One In the Chamber” will appear on MW3 with the same concept from Black Ops.
It is also rumored that MW3 will have a “Team Survival” mode, with the same concept as the zombies games from Black Ops and World at War, instead of zombies you will be fighting off waves of enemies.
